Crust:
1 1/2 c potato flakes
2/3 cwater
8 oz sour cream
Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. While crust is baking, prepare filling.
Filling:
2 lb ground beef
2 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 c water
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Brown beef and rain. Add seasoning mix and water, return to boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 15 minutes. Spread over crust, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes in oven or until cheese is melted. Layer on toppings and cut into squares.
Toppings:
1 c shredded lettuce
1 c chopped tomato
1/2 c chopped onion
2 c slightly crushed tortilla chips
